Our journey began generations ago in the waterways of Zhejiang, China—the historic heart of freshwater pearl cultivation. While others were chasing the “perfectly round” industrial standard, my family stayed obsessed with the outliers. We fell in love with the Baroque, the Keshi, and the Fireball—pearls that refused to be ordinary.
I founded Queen Pearls to bridge the gap between the ancient pearl farms and the global artisan. Living in the heart of the industry, I saw the best “strands” being hoarded by high-end luxury houses, while independent designers were left with leftovers. We changed that. We deal directly with the master farmers, selecting only the high-luster, organic forms that tell a story.
